Shipping Charges / Carriage for items purchased are variable due to the variances in size / weight of the range of products we sell. Generally the cost of carriage will be displayed before you complete your purchase, however if you any questions please contact us before completing your purchase. We will in most circumstances deliver free of charge within Northern Ireland.

Cooling-off Period

At gateway-automation.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, by law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for where the item has been used or unsealed. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us using a return label so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service

Please note that you will be responsible for all costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for any additional services carried out by us.(i.e. custom sizes etc)

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. We cannot however refund any priority,express, courier or any component part of the postage charge. Where an item has been ordered in error or the buyer has ordered in error or simply 'changed their mind' - the buyer will incurr a charge equal to 25% of the total purchase price to cover costs of re entering the item into stock, as well as charges for processing payments, deliveries, packing, stock control etc. Lets face it everything in life has to be paid for.
